Can we pick individual services or do we have to take the full stack?
You can take any service standalone for example just SOC, just backup, or just cloud but most clients find the value compounds when services share the same monitoring, documentation and account team. We will recommend, never push.
Do you bring your own tooling or use what we already have?
Both. We have a preferred, security-vetted stack (RMM, EDR, SIEM, backup) that we deploy by default, but we routinely operate client-owned tooling: Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Veeam, Sentinel where it makes sense.
How quickly can a new service go live?
Help desk and SOC onboarding typically completes within 30 days. Cloud migrations and ISO 27001 programmes run on longer, phased timelines that we agree upfront with a written plan and milestones.
Are services billed per user, per device or per project?
Managed services are predictable monthly fees; usually per user or per endpoint. Consulting, migrations and certification programmes are fixed-price projects with clearly defined deliverables. No surprise hourly bills.
Do you support hybrid and remote-first workforces?
Yes, most of our clients are hybrid or fully remote. Our tooling is cloud-native, our service desk is remote-first, and we deploy zero-touch device provisioning so new starters are productive from anywhere on day one.
What happens if we want to leave?
You own your data, your documentation and your tooling configuration. We hand over a complete runbook, asset register and credential vault, no lock-in, no hostage tactics. We would rather earn renewal than enforce it.
