How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
During UK business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00), we aim to respond to every new enquiry within one hour. For existing clients, critical incidents are acknowledged within 15 minutes, 24/7.
What information should I prepare before our first call?
A brief overview of your current IT setup — number of users, key systems, and any immediate pain points — is enough. If you have a recent audit or risk assessment, bring it along, but it is not required.
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call and high-level environment review are completely free, with no obligation to sign up. We will give you honest, actionable advice regardless.
Can I speak to an engineer directly, or will I go through sales?
You will speak to a senior engineer or account lead from day one. We do not use offshore call centres or hand you off to a sales team — the person who answers understands your environment.
Do you offer on-site visits?
Yes. While much of our work is delivered remotely through our SOC and service desk, we schedule on-site engineering visits for project kick-offs, hardware installs, security audits, and quarterly business reviews.
What happens after I submit the form?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email. A senior engineer will then call you within one business hour to confirm a convenient time for your free consultation and send a brief pre-call questionnaire.
