Seamless IT Service Transition
Our Service Transition team will be responsible for moving services from your current IT service to the GNC Technology service. This process is essential as without careful planning changes to services can potentially disrupt business processes. Our team have many years’ experience of transitioning complex services for large blue-chip companies.
1. CMO: Current Mode of Operation
We initially take on your IT service as-is, ensuring minimum disruption to end-users during transition.
2. TMO: Temporary Mode of Operation
Once established, we review all areas of your IT solution and implement improvements to software, hardware, tooling and processes.
3. FMO: Future Mode of Operation
The final stage when all services have been transitioned and agreed changes have been implemented.
4. Target Operating Model (TOM)
